Question:
Feeling the winter blues at the moment, I fancy buggering off for a few days
somewhere close(ish) to home (within say 200 miles of Edinburgh). I will be
taking my laptop so wireless internet is a must, (and preferably very cheap
or free) - I plan to do a lot of work whilst away. My girlfriend will also
be accompanying me, she will be looking for relaxation - no trecks etc, she
would much prefer the beauty treatment and spa.
Any recommendations? Budget, maximum of £200 per room per night, prefer if
this included meals and breakfast, although not essential. Overall just
looking for somewhere to bugger of to for a few days out of the office.
Weekends not good for me, weekdays only.
Would love to hear recommendations based on personal experiences, which is
what most of the web sites are missing.
