To Bleach or Not To Bleach, Is There A Question?

Question:

To Bleach or Not To Bleach, Is There A Question?

Answer:
Just a thought from a used to be germ fanitic,,, ANY soap of any kind kills germs... I used to wash my hands a million times a day,,,had wicked exema(spelled wrong? sorry if it is) It turned out that all my skin problems were being caused by me fear of contracting germs and washing everything all the time..over n over again :o) I have some funny stories about how I get over that little bubble in my mind...dont wanna bore ya'll w it though :o)

the exema still poppes up every now and then, but now the dr's tell me its from NOT managing mental stress properly...go figure..if its not one thing its another!! :o)

If you have any tricks or strategies to share about how to get over a "bubble in your mind" (which I take to mean a mental block or something similar) that would lead to such a compulsion, (doing something unhealthy degree), many of us would love to hear about it!

I'm thinking that if we have found "strategies" that have helped us heal, and we shared them with others when the time "seemed right", then individuals wouldn't be always re-inventing the wheel.

Just thought I'd let you know, that doesn't sound boring to me AT ALL!

I think I like this thread more than Bleach. I think several things can be combined to help stress. For me, primarily a good diet, regular excercise and frequent meditation are the keys. There are numerous studies that have shown that meditation boosts the immune system.
