(1) avoid work with stress

(2) work at the stress
Let me put it this way. how you deal with stress at work depends on
how well you unwind after work.
Simple, just completely put work out of the picture....... and do
whatever that pleases you. Its all up to the individual to decide on
the appropriate way to unwind........though if your the type who's
tied to the pager or handphone I suggest you take the Very Nice Guys
advice.
hey!! except for the self-mutilation bit, that's a great way to deal
with stress....
i do the same except i have 2 more bits to add.... marlboros and jack
daniels'...
S&M? well, i don't subscribe to the sexual side of S&M but sado things do
give me a headrush yes. Please don't try this at home or take my advice.
Most of it is really temporary and you get a kick and thats it...

Okay, destruction to the skin, the lungs, the kidneys and the heart.. so
what other suggestions have we? Perhaps I should start biting my nails,
pulling my hair or eating muesli bars.
Too bad Singapore's not a big country... else we could have the
alternative of lying there on a big field breathing in cold fresh dewy air
in some countryside away from the hustle and bustle.
Well, hell.. if Singapore wasn't Singapore.. ppl would still rely on
alcohol anyday.. at least it would be cheaper.

thick skinned, if you down played yourself first in front of people, there
is no more excitement to step on you. Rule #4. Talked to the right person to
get help. Rule #5 Have a vacation in San Francisco, have people put some
flowers on your head. Rule #6. See the homeless in SF, and appreciated of
what you have. Rule #7. Go home and get some more job stress again. Rule #8.
